The cycle and run routes will be marshaled where possible and sign posted but it is recommended that you also study the course maps (website) to get a rough idea of the course. Remember it is up to the individual competitor to negotiate the course correctly.
We advise that you bring plenty of drinking water as there is only a limited amount available at the venue. If you hand in a drinking bottle with your number clearly marked on it, it will be taken out on the run course.
The results will also be posted on the club web site, www.clevelandtriathlon.co.uk. We would appreciate your patience in getting the results verified at the end of the race.

There are camping facilities available at the event site for a small charge, there are some basic amenities including toilets and showers, however drinking water is NOT available. You are not required to book the camp site in advance, just come along with your tent. Feel free to bring a BBQ for the Friday or the Saturday night. Please ensure that you keep the site tidy and any litter is disposed of thoughtfully.

Ellerton Lake is private land which we hire out for the event, if you want to do any pre-race training at the lake, you need to go to the main car park by the lake, fees are £3.50 per swim, if you want to park there and run/cycle there is a £1 charge. Please do not park in the village or in any passing points along the road to the café. Please be respectful of the local people at all time, failing to do so could result in the loss of the venue.

Please read all of the above information carefully.

Many thanks
