This is a non continuous 4 man team event.

How do I enter this event? - return to menu-
You enter this event on line by going to our events page and downloading a copy of the entry form. This even is not online entry.
Is this event continuous? - return to menu-
No, this event is a non continuous event and there are breaks between each section, you start times will be included in your race information, which you will receive in the days before the event.
What are the courses? - return to menu-
Please refer to the course section on the website.
How is our bike time worked out? - return to menu-
Your bike time will be taken when the last member of your team crosses the finish line.
How is our run time worked out? - return to menu-
Your run time will taken when the last member of your team crosses the finish line, you will not be given individual times.
Will there be marshals? - return to menu-
There will be marshals on all the turns, run and bike. However, it is the athletes responsibility to know the course, if you go wrong there will be no adjustments to times.
When will the presentation be? - return to menu-
The presentation will be held as soon as the last runner finishes and all the times have been inputted.
When will the results be available? - return to menu-
The results will be published on our website the same or the following day.
Can I appeal against the results? - return to menu-
For a short time before the presentation the results will be pinned up, if you think a mistake has been made you must say so then, as in most cased results will not be altered after the presentation.
What facilities are available at this venue? - return to menu-
There are public toilets available. No food or drink facilities.
